Comparisons with Adjectives and Adverbs

Add variety to your English by using comparisons correctly.  For example, these three sentences all have the same meaning but a different form.

COMPARATIVE:  Cindy is smarter than any other girl in the class.

SUPERLATIVE:   Cindy is the smartest girl in the class.

EQUATIVE:  No other girl in the class is as smart as Cindy.
